Please be aware the garbage carriers are NO longer taking glass recyclables, only cans, plastic and papers. It is effective immediately( Wednesday 11/28/18)  Please remove glass items from your recycle bins and either put in your regular garbage or keep separate and bring to the Municipal Services Facility located at 85 Old Northport Road, Kings Park NY. The drop off hours are  7am-11:45am  and 12:45 pm-3:15pm on Tuesday – Saturday.

The Town will be sending out new calendars for the 2019 year and will explain the new procedures, going back to the separate pick up of papers one week and cans/plastics the other week. No longer will it be a  single stream process.
